The price of the apartment “Fairy River” is around 200€/day + Tourist tax + Final cleaning 25€
Depending on the season (high, low season), regular guests, number of overnight stays, … the prices change accordingly.
Important: The maximum number of guests is up to 6 adults or two smaller families. It is very important for us that our guests feel comfortable and relaxed in the apartment “Fairy River”, so additional beds are not possible, except for a baby cot.
- It is possible also to rent the apartment for a longer period of time (price drops)

The price includes:
- Rental of the apartment per day
- All costs associated with renting an apartment
- Wireless internet in the apartment
- Ski, bike and equipment storage
- Free parking
- Towels and bedding
- In our apartment we also offer “help” for the youngest hill-climbers. For safety reasons, please only let us know if the backpack has ever been damaged during use. Use a backpack at your own risk.
Not included in the price: Tourist tax and final cleaning 25€.
Reservation is guaranteed upon payment received on the transaction account. All money transfer information is received by email address along with the invoice.
Cancellation policy:
80% REFUND – 30 days or more before arrival
50% REFUND – from 30 days down to 15 days before arrival
NO REFUND – 14 days or less before arrival
The above price list is valid for 3 or more nights! For less than 3 nights, we charge 30% higher price. The price list is valid from July 1, 2018.
Apartment “Fairy river” Rules:
Arrival: After 4 pm
Departure: Until 10:00 in the morning
Rules:
- No smoking.
- Not allowed for pets (PETS ALLOWED IN APARTMENT RED APPEL!)
- No parties or events (family, sleeping settlement).
- Please treat the place as it’s yours. Thank you!
